Maha: Fadnavis accuses Congress of conspiring to change Constitution

Mumbai, Nov 2 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis here today claimed that the Congress is conspiring to change the Constitution and end democracy by raising the slogan of 'regime change'. Fadnavis said that there is a difference between the concept of changing a government through democratic means and a 'regime change'.
