MLAs raise highway restrictions in South Kashmir during Zero Hour

Srinagar, Sept 22 (UNI) The issue of frequent stoppage of civilian traffic on the highway in South Kashmir came up during Zero Hour, with PDP MLA Waheed Para and ruling National Conference legislator Abdul Majid Larmi seeking an end to restrictions that they said were causing hardship to local residents, students, patients and other commuters.
