Achan waste management project worth Rs 361 cr at tendering stage: Govt

Srinagar, Sept 28 (UNI) The proposed 800 TPD (tonnes per day) Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) Project at Achan in Srinagar, estimated to cost Rs 361 crore, is currently at the tendering stage, the Jammu and Kashmir government informed the Legislative Assembly on Monday. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who also holds the Housing and Urban Development portfolio, gave the information in reply to a question by MLA Mubarik Gul during Question Hour of the ongoing Autumn Session.
