Congress protests against CEC Gyanesh Kumar in Srinagar, demands resignation

Srinagar, Sep 28 (UNI) The Congress on Monday staged a protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar outside the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) headquarters here as part of the party's nationwide agitation over the functioning of the Election Commission of India (ECI). Led by Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Pawan Khera, the protest saw the participation of party workers and several leaders who raised slogans including "Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhod" and demanded Kumar's immediate resignation.
