Major IAS reshuffle in J&K, several DCs transferred

Srinagar, Oct 7 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor on Wednesday ordered a major reshuffle of IAS and JKAS officers, affecting several key departments and districts across the union Territory. Among the major changes, Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department, has been given the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Revenue Department, relieving Kumar Rajeev Ranjan of the charge.
