District officials will be held responsible in any discrepancy in the voter list: UP CEO

Lucknow, Oct 26 (UNI) After repeated complaints by the Samajwadi Party and Congress and detection of viters anomolies in Pilibhit, Azamgarh and other places, the Election Commission of India ( ECI) has issued stern warning to the District officials. Uttar Pradesh Chief Electoral Officer ( CEO) Navdeep Rinwa in a strict instructions to the official to thoroughly study Section 32 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, regarding violations of duties by officials involved in the preparation of the voter list.
