Haryana brings Delhi-Panipat-Karnal Namo Bharat RRTS corridor under TOD policy

Panchkula, Sept 22 (UNI) The Haryana government has formally included the approved alignment of the Delhi-Panipat-Karnal Namo Bharat RRTS Corridor in the annexure to the state's Transit Oriented Development (TOD) policy, bringing the corridor within the policy framework for consideration for development of TOD zones. The Town and Country Planning Department notified the amendment on Tuesday, adding the Delhi-Panipat-Karnal corridor to the list of Mass Rapid Transit System (MRTS) corridors falling within Haryana that are covered by the TOD policy.
