Haryana revises Lado Lakshmi Scheme; Rs 1,000 monthly to go into deposit

Panchkula, Oct 13 (UNI) The Haryana Government has notified revised provisions of the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana, providing Rs 2,100 in monthly assistance to each eligible woman, with Rs 1,100 credited directly to her savings account and Rs 1,000 deposited in a government-operated recurring or fixed deposit account from the second month onwards. Under the revised scheme, all new beneficiaries will receive the full Rs 2,100 in their bank accounts in the first month. The accumulated deposit, along with interest, will be paid on maturity.
