Bihar CM directs officials to resolve public grievances promptly

Patna, Oct 13 (UNI): Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Tuesday directed officials to ensure fair, transparent and time-bound resolution of public grievances, saying the Sahayog Programme aims to provide prompt relief to citizens and improve public satisfaction. The Chief Minister attended the State-Level Sahayog Programme at the Chief Minister's Secretariat. A total of 101 applicants attended the programme, and their cases were taken up for resolution. Applicants from various parts of Bihar presented their grievances directly before the Chief Minister.
