Haryana locks departments into digital tracker for Vision 2047

Panchkula, Sep 25(UNI) Haryana has stopped trusting bureaucratic intent and started demanding digital evidence. Every department working under the state's Vision 2047 framework must now feed its action plans, targets and progress into the Vision2Action (V2A) portal, with future review meetings set to interrogate live data instead of polished PowerPoints.
