Haryana announces Rs 5 lakh aid each for families of 16 people killed in four incidents

Chandigarh, Sep 28 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Monday announced financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh each to the families of 16 people who lost their lives in separate incidents in Kurukshetra, Sirsa, Ambala and Faridabad over the past few days. The state government will provide the assistance to the families of six people killed in an accident in Kurukshetra on September 24 and three people who died in another accident in Sirsa the same day, an official statement said.
