Delhi records second-lowest Sept minimum temperature since 2001, mercury dips to 21°C

New Delhi, Sep 27 (UNI) Delhi recorded its second-lowest minimum temperature for September since 2001 on Sunday, with the mercury dipping to 21 degrees Celsius at the Safdarjung Observatory, as the national capital experienced a further drop in temperatures following rainfall and gusty winds. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the minimum temperature was 2.9 degrees below the seasonal normal and 2.2 degrees lower than the previous day's reading.
