NCR filed in connection with alleged slapping incident involving PWD Minister

New Delhi, 28 Sep (UNI) The Delhi Police has filed a non-cognizable report (NCR) in connection with alleged slapping incident at Vikaspuri on Sunday involving minister Parvesh Verma during a road inspection in the West Delhi's locality, sources said on Monday. The alleged incident happened on Sunday during an inspection of road work, regarding which a video had gone viral on social media. Police are examining the complaint by a person named Sahib Singh and also the civic agency engineer, and the man is said to have been recording the inspection conducted by the minister when the incident took place.…
