New Delhi, Oct 9 (UNI) Coal supplies to India's power sector have risen by around 36 per cent from September levels, while the pace of inventory depletion at power plants has eased significantly, indicating an improvement in fuel availability, the Coal Ministry said on Friday. The daily drawdown of coal stocks has fallen by more than half, declining from 0.243 million tonnes per day in September to 0.116 million tonnes per day in October.
