New Delhi, Oct 11 (UNI) The Congress on Sunday accused the Narendra Modi government of failing to address deep-rooted institutional weaknesses in the National Testing Agency (NTA), alleging that nine instances of paper leaks and examination irregularities, a severe staff shortage, excessive dependence on private contractors and inadequate transparency had exposed serious deficiencies in the agency responsible for conducting some of India's most competitive entrance examinations.
