Govt sets annual toll pass rates for local residents from November 1

New Delhi, Oct 27 (UNI) The Central Government has notified a new concessional annual toll pass scheme for eligible vehicle owners residing within 20 kilometres of a national highway toll plaza, with charges fixed at Rs 1,500 or Rs 3,000 depending on the location of the plaza. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, through a notification issued on October 26, has amended the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008.
