Attempt to murder & firing case cracked by Delhi Police; two held with pistols & 18 rounds after exchange of fire

New Delhi, Oct 5 (UNI) Delhi Police, North East District, have cracked an attempt to murder and firing incident case of Bhajanpura, and arrested two accused persons after a brief exchange of fire. The accused, when intercepted, had opened fire, firing 12 rounds at the police team. Two police personnel were hit by the bullets, but were saved by their bullet-proof jackets. In self-defence, the police team also fired at the accused persons, and they both sustained injuries and were apprehended.
