Air India, Air India Express, Akasa Air hike fuel surcharges as ATF prices surge

New Delhi, Oct 9 (UNI) Air India, Air India Express and Akasa Air have increased or introduced fuel surcharges on domestic and international flights from October 9, joining IndiGo in passing on part of the burden of rising aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices to passengers. The latest revisions come three days after IndiGo announced its second fuel surcharge hike since March.
