Centre fixes Rs25,000 monthly wage ceiling under Social Security Code

New Delhi, Sep 17 (UNI) The Centre has fixed Rs25,000 per month as the wage ceiling for the purposes of Chapter III of the Code on Social Security, 2020, according to a notification issued by the Ministry of Labour and Employment on Thursday. The new wage ceiling will come into effect from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette.
