CBSE tightens post-result correction process; incomplete requests from schools to be rejected

New Delhi, Sep 26 (UNI) The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has strengthened its process for correcting students' demographic details. CBSE has informed affiliated schools that incomplete correction requests will be rejected and emphasised that schools are responsible for ensuring student records are accurate before examination results are released. In a circular, the Board stated that schools and parents have approximately 20 opportunities from Classes IX to XII to provide and verify correct demographic details.
