Delhi to intensify 'No PUCC, No Fuel' drive from Oct 1, construction curbs from Nov 1

New Delhi, Sep 28 (UNI) The Delhi government will intensify enforcement of its "No PUCC, No Fuel" policy from October 1, with a city-wide campaign covering all 500 fuel stations equipped with automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras as part of its winter air-pollution action plan, officials said on Monday. The move will be accompanied by action against defaulting fuel pumps and an awareness campaign to ensure motorists carry valid Pollution Under Control Certificates.
