Ukraine uses British-made maritime drones in strikes in Black Sea:reports

Moscow, Oct 16 (Sputnik/UNI) Ukraine used British naval drones in strikes against Russian targets in the Black Sea, The Times reported, citing sources.

The drones in question are K3 Scout speedboats, manufactured by Kraken Technology, the report said on Thursday. According to the newspaper, the UK purchased 20 of these boats, though it remains unspecified how many have come into Kiev's possession.

The Ukrainian military has recently stepped up attacks on civilian maritime infrastructure and vessels. On October 1, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Kiev's terrorist actions made the Black Sea unsafe for navigation.
