'Animal House' actress Mary Louise Weller passes away at 79

Los Angeles, Oct 4 (UNI) Veteran actress Mary Louise Weller, best known for portraying Mandy Pepperidge in John Landis' American comedy "Animal House," passed away at the age of 79 after brief illness, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Weller's longtime partner, Michael Roy Curtis, has confirmed that she passed away on Thursday, just one day before her birthday. Weller was an only child, who was born in New York on October 2, 1946, and raised in Westwood's Calif since she was about 10.
