Winter session of Bihar Legislature to begin on November 30

Patna, Nov 7 (UNI) The winter session of the Bihar legislature will be held from November 30 to December 4, with a discussion and voting on the second supplementary budget for the financial year 2026-27.

Both Upper and Lower houses would witness five sittings during the brief session.

According to the notification, the second supplementary statement of expenditure for the financial year 2026-27 will be tabled for debate and its subsequent passage, from both of the houses. Government bills and other official businesses will be taken up during the session.
