Dr S. Jaishankar meets Bhutan PM, hands over EVs under development assistance

Siliguri, Sep 17 (UNI) India's External Affairs Minister Dr S. Jaishankar on Thursday called on Bhutanese Prime Minister Dasho Tshering Tobgay as part of his official visit to Bhutan from September 16 to 18. The meeting covered a range of matters of mutual interest and highlighted the close and longstanding ties of friendship and cooperation between Bhutan and India, official sources said. During his visit, Dr Jaishankar handed over electric vehicles (EVs) to Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay under India's Project Tied Assistance (PTA).
