Kolkata Metro strengthens security arrangements at stations ahead of Durga Puja

Kolkata, Oct 16 (UNI) With the city gearing up for Durga Puja, Kolkata Metro Railway has strengthened security arrangements at various stations to ensure the safety of passengers during the festive season. According to Metro Railway officials, adequate Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel and other staff will be deployed at Dakshineswar, Dum Dum, Shyambazar, Sovabazar-Sutanuti, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Central, Park Street, Jatin Das Park, Kalighat, Rabindra Sarobar, Masterda Surya Sen and Kavi Nazrul stations from October 16 to 21.
