TPSODL launches Solar Rath in Odisha to promote rooftop solar

Bhubaneswar, Sep 23 (UNI) TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) has launched a 'Solar Rath' in Ganjam to boost awareness and adoption of rooftop solar under the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. Ganjam Collector and District Magistrate Keerthi Vasan V. and TPSODL CEO Amit Kumar Garg jointly flagged off the campaign from the Collectorate here. TPSODL said around 33,000 rooftop solar systems have been installed across Southern Odisha, with Ganjam being a major contributor to the region's solar adoption.
