ECoR GM reviews Sambalpur station redevelopment, stresses improved passenger amenities

Bhubaneswar,Oct 30 (UNI) East Coast Railway (ECoR) General Manager Parmeshwar Funkwal on Friday inspected Sambalpur City Railway Station and reviewed the progress of its ongoing redevelopment works under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme, aimed at transforming railway stations into modern, passenger-friendly facilities. During the inspection, Funkwal took stock of various station improvement and infrastructure development projects being undertaken to enhance passenger amenities, streamline passenger movement and improve the overall station environment.
