Naveen Patnaik to visit flood-hit Ganjam ,review damage and relief operations

Bhubaneswar, Nov 6 (UNI) Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president and Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik will visit cyclone and flood-affected areas of Ganjam district on Saturday to assess the extent of damage caused by Cyclone Arnab and subsequent heavy rainfall. During the visit, he will take stock of the ground situation and review the relief and rehabilitation measures being undertaken for affected communities. According to BJD sources, Patnaik will tour Sheragada, Hinjilicut, Aska and Sorada blocks, where he will interact with affected families, farmers and local residents to understand the difficulties they are facing in the aftermath of the floods.…
