Jharkhand: BJP welcomes NCW intervention in Gamharia case, seeks swift justice

Ranchi, Nov 2 (UNI) BJP Jharkhand president Aditya Sahu on Monday welcomed the National Commission for Women's (NCW) intervention in the alleged rape of a woman at Gamharia police station in Seraikela-Kharsawan district and called for a fair and time-bound investigation. The case relates to a woman who reportedly approached the police station seeking assistance following a domestic dispute. According to the police statement, a wireless operator posted at the station was arrested in connection with the alleged rape.
