Bhubaneswar, Sep 19 (UNI) Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Saturday appealed to the people to keep the state's coastline clean and oceans healthy to protect coastal livelihoods, marine ecosystems and build a thriving Blue Economy.
