Genrobotics signs MoU with South Africa's Armscor for defence, space robotics collaboration

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 19 (UNI) Kerala-based robotics and deep-tech company Genrobotics has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Armaments Corporation of South Africa SOC Ltd (Armscor) to explore collaboration in defence, space, satellite and dual-use robotics technologies. The agreement, signed in Pretoria on Friday, envisages the development and commercialisation of robotics technologies for defence and civilian applications in South Africa, the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the wider African region and international markets.
