Tripura: HC dismissed Manik Sarkar's plea to quash FIR against him

Agartala, Oct 13 (UNI) The High Court of Tripura today dismissed a plea by former Chief Minister and CPI(M) leader Manik Sarkar seeking to quash an FIR filed against him for an alleged provocative speech at a political event in Agartala. The court also urged him to avoid making inflammatory statements and contribute to maintaining peace.
