30 yr old Tripura man sentenced for life under POCSO Act

Agartala, Oct 14 (UNI) A district court in Tripura's Khowai has imposed a life sentence on a 30-year-old man today following his conviction under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The convicted person, identified as Rajendra Malsom, a resident of distant Debthang Para locality in the Teliamura police station jurisdiction, received his sentence from the District and Sessions Judge Court in Khowai, police said.
