Patna HC pulls up police, Nalanda administration over missing newborn case

Patna, Sep 17 (UNI) Taking serious note of the alleged delay in registering an FIR by the police and Nalanda district administration in a case involving the disappearance of a newborn, the Patna High Court observed that the matter was a "burning example" of an "insensitive approach" by the officials.
