Patna, Sep 29 (UNI) The Patna High Court has quashed an order of the Banka District Magistrate declaring a resident an "anti-social element" and directing him to remain at a police station for seven hours daily, holding that such executive actions amounted to an unjustified interference with his fundamental right to life and personal liberty.
