HC notice on Hockey India's move to downgrade Odisha's membership

Bhubaneswar, Nov 7 (UNI) The Orissa High Court issued notices to Hockey India and other respondents on a petition filed by Hockey Associations of Odisha challenging the proposed downgrade of its membership status and the decision to hold elections to the national body's Executive Committee. Justice R K Pattanaik, in an order pronounced on Friday, directed that notices be sent to all opposite parties, except the Odisha Sports Department, by Speed Post.
