Court grants bail to two juveniles in Ganja case, orders probe into age claims, security lapses

Patna, Sep 21 (UNI) The Patna High Court has granted bail to two juveniles accused in a case involving the alleged transportation of a commercial quantity of ganja from Assam to Bihar and directed the SSP, Patna, to conduct an inquiry into their age claims and alleged security lapses. The court passed the order while allowing two criminal revision petitions arising out of DRI Patna Unit Case No. 01 of 2024-25, registered under various provisions of the NDPS Act.
