Bhubaneswar, Oct 1 (UNI) The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has directed the Odisha Government to inquire into a complaint alleging that the Rs 20-crore Advanced Rehabilitation Centre (ARC) at Capital Hospital has remained non-functional for over a year, with its premises locked and costly equipment lying unused. The direction was issued to the state's Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Department on a complaint filed by Orissa High Court lawyer Akhand.
