98 children undergo free surgeries under congenital disorder campaign in Bihar

Patna, Oct 16 (UNI) A total of 98 children with congenital conditions such as cleft lip, cleft palate and tongue-tie have undergone free surgeries at various hospitals across Bihar under a special initiative of the state. Health Department, officials said here on Friday that the surgeries had been performed till October 15 as part of a special campaign being conducted from October 2 to November 14, to provide timely treatment to children affected by these conditions.
