Arunachal Guv urges people to celebrate an eco-friendly Diwali

Itanagar, Oct 29 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt Gen KT Parnaik has extended his support to the Nationwide Green Diwali Campaign 2026, urging the people of the state to celebrate the festival of lights in an environment-friendly, safe and responsible manner. The campaign, supported by the union Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change through WWF-India's Programme Centre-Resource Partner, is being observed from October 20 to November 8.
