Special camps for homeless being set up in Meghalaya to enable electoral registration

Shillong, Sep 29 (UNI) In keeping with the directions of the Election Commission of India (ECI), an adequate number of help desks and special camps are being set up across Meghalaya for the homeless, persons living in night shelters, labourers, economically disadvantaged, and other vulnerable sections, so that they are appropriately facilitated in matters relating to electoral registration, an election official said on Tuesday.
