West Bengal to permanently shut 933 schools with no students

Kolkata, Sep 22 (UNI) The West Bengal government has decided to permanently shut 933 primary, upper-primary and secondary schools that have remained without students for several years, as part of a series of measures aimed at improving transparency in recruitment and the quality of education.
