WhatsApp chatbot launched in Nagaland to improve access to skill development services

Dimapur, Oct 16 (UNI) Nagaland chief secretary Sentiyanger Imchen on Friday launched the Nagaland Skill and Entrepreneurship Development Mission (NSEDM) WhatsApp chatbot at the NSEDM state-level steering committee meeting at the chief secretary's conference hall in Kohima to improve access to skill development services. The chatbot is designed to serve as a single-window platform for addressing queries from candidates and citizens regarding skill training programmes, access to skill loans, the Chief Minister's Micro Finance Initiative (CMMFI), compliance-related services and general mission updates.
