Mizoram urges corporates to step up CSR funding for state

Aizawl, Sep 25 (UNI) Mizoram has urged major companies to direct more of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds to the state, which it said remains among the lowest recipients of such funding despite its development potential. The appeal was made at the CSR Conclave Mizoram 2026, organised jointly by the state government's CSR Cell and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Mizoram State Council at Aijal Club in Aizawl on Thursday.
