Patna, Oct 29 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary Thursday said the effective use of modern technology, scientific research and innovation could accelerate the state's development and make governance more transparent, efficient and citizen-centric. Addressing the two-day Space Application Adoption Workshop-2026 at Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Science City in Patna, the Chief Minister urged scientists and technology experts to develop practical solutions tailored to Bihar's needs and ensure their implementation on the ground, so that ordinary citizens, farmers and the administrative machinery could directly benefit.
