Manipur CM Khemchand calls for upholding Hijam Irawat's ideals of service and social responsibility

Imphal, Sep 30 (UNI) Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh on Wednesday called upon government employees, civil society organisations and students to carry forward the spirit of sacrifice, service and social responsibility associated with Jana Neta Hijam Irawat. The Chief Minister was speaking at the state-level observance of Jana Neta Hijam Irawat Day, 2026, held at Irawat Square, Lilashing Khongnangkhong, Thangmeiband, Imphal.
