Kolkata: Woman arrested for exotring money from men by filing false rape, harassment cases

Kolkata, Sep 19 (UNI) A woman has been arrested from Santoshpur in the southern part of the city for allegedly filing repeated "baseless complaints" of rape and sexual harassment against men and using threats of lodging such cases to extort money from the victims, police said on Saturday. The woman, Rageshree Nag, was arrested on Friday when personnel from the Panchasayar Police Station conducted a raid outside her residence on Santoshpur East Road.
