Son injures father while seeking money to buy drugs in Tripura

Agartala, Sept 22 (UNI) A 27-year-old man allegedly assaulted his father using a sharp instrument at Durgapur village in Gandacherra subdivision in Tripura's Dhalai district. The assault occurred following the father's refusal to provide additional funds for drug purchases, as documented in an official police complaint. The injured father obtained medical care at Gandacherra Sub-Divisional Hospital before submitting a formal police complaint.
