Manipur: Police arrest 13 in "Operation Dignity" crackdown

Imphal, Oct 12 (UNI) Manipur Police today arrested 13 people, including one child, in conflict with law (CCL), in an investigation codenamed Operation Dignity into Telegram channels allegedly used to circulate, trade and monetise non-consensual explicit videos and photographs of local women, including child pornography. Police said they launched the operation after receiving credible information that administrators and users across multiple channels were involved.
